I congratulate you on the entire experience. Attention to details was fabulous. Examples: Your room is ready - as I arrived early. Very much appreciated. Bag was already in room - fantastic. Cab at the raising of a hand Ate breakfast and lunch at Jackalberrys - best pasta in a long time and my partner is Italian! Cleanliness really sold me. I have stayed in many five stars and yeah - sometimes disappointed at the level of cleanliness. Usually pretty average. So this was so nice to experience. Glasses in drawers sparkling clean. Just felt good. Thank you for such a nice experience. Please pass on to all. We too often say what we don't like and nothing about what we do. Gaelle Lindrea

The hotel was well appointed and the staff were good. The lunch special we had in the Jackelberry was good value and great quality.

Location at Darling Harbour was great - we had a great view of the fireworks which happens several Saturdays a month and we were lucky to be there yesterday. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

What an amazing location. The renovations have made this place next level. The harbour view rooms have stunning views. Staff were fantastic, breakfast was diverse and delicious and the area around had lots of bars, restaurants and stores. Also, the value for money was really good, given what else is around and the quality that you don't get at other places. We will be back here again.

comfortable bed and room with great view over the harbour. Nice seating area next to the window to enjoy the view. Great block out blinds for a nice lie in. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a range of everything and anything you could want.
