I congratulate you on the entire experience. Attention to details was fabulous. Examples: Your room is ready - as I arrived early. Very much appreciated. Bag was already in room - fantastic. Cab at the raising of a hand Ate breakfast and lunch at Jackalberrys - best pasta in a long time and my partner is Italian! Cleanliness really sold me. I have stayed in many five stars and yeah - sometimes disappointed at the level of cleanliness. Usually pretty average. So this was so nice to experience. Glasses in drawers sparkling clean. Location at Darling Harbour was great - we had a great view of the fireworks which happens several Saturdays a month and we were lucky to be there yesterday. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Sydney was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city and close to Darling Harbour, making it so convenient to explore the best of Sydney. The service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfast was another highlight—an incredible selection of fresh, delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was a great way to kick off each morning! We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Sydney to anyone visiting the city. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The Hyatt Regency is on Darling Harbour, which is well located within walking distance of the ferries at both Barrangeroo and Circular Quay, as well as the Opera House, NSW State Library, and shopping district. The hotel staff fulfilled my request for a higher floor and harbour view. The room was refreshed daily, with perfection. After staying four nightmarish nights at the rundown Adina Apartments Darling Harbour, it was pure pleasure to stay another six nights at a real hotel and in a beautiful room.

We were so happy that we were allowed to check in and access our room early - what a relied after many hours of international travel with a child! We requested a bed for our daughter and that was immediately set up and quite comfortable. The room was small but nicely set up and neat. The location was perfect as we had a couple of meetings in the Darling Harbour over those couple of days.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Facilities were exvellent. Room was very clean. Enjoyed a number of meals. The Gin High Tea on Saturdays is worth doing. Location was great clise to everything.

Great location in the Darling Harbour area and walking distance to varies areas in the city, Circular Quay, Barangaroo, QVB. Good Service plus facilities. Recommend the spa treatment and Sailmaker Seafood for dinner, the Day Spa team and Sailmaker team are fabulous.

The room had a great view, comfortable bed, good bathroom but was lacking on wardrobe space and drawers. You need to live out of a suitcase as nowhere to put things. Staff were mostly great with the odd person being argumentative and disrespectful. The Day Spa was amazing and a big shout out to Rosie the massage therapist😊. Great location central to everything.
